Pros
I've worked for several large well-known companies, and this is the first place I truly feel heard. I am challenged and am given creative opportunities to grow and stretch myself. The years have seen to have flown by. I feel respected. I'm given everything I need to do my job, and more, and I love that they want me to grow. I feel that my management and my peers have my back, and I feel safe enough to express myself constructively. The atmosphere of the company still is one of the best I've ever experienced. I wake up every day happy to sign on and tackle the day, which is still crazy to me after all of these years.
Cons
I don't see a lot of cons - although at times, it seems that we get caught up in the weeds and can be slow to make decisions.
