      Great working environment with excellent facilities; strong leadership; commitment to employees and community; shared values (commitment, caring, teamwork) are evident among all employees; excellent annual bonus program.

      Decisions take too long; tendency towards micro management.

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
