      Rotational program is great and the people in the Audit department are outstanding to work with. Large emphasis on career development and molds around your individual interests and goals

      Cons

      Some people in the tax department in a particular office are difficult to work with and feel as though their work transcends any other tasks given

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
