Pros
The atmosphere is laid back and it's pretty easy to get comfortable with co-workers in the facilities. The opportunities are there for the taking.
Cons
Communication is terrible, and the pay is well below standard for this industry. Hourly wage is a good system, but doesn't foster the kind of work ethic needed to succeed. Management in the Salt Lake facility is out of touch.
