Pros

- Talented artists - Big name clients - Monthly drinks (Sometimes)

Cons

- Became very corporate in the last 1-2 years, completely lost the culture it had when I first started there :( - Office attendance is aggressively enforced (Warnings and threats instead of motivating and supporting) - HR aren't there to support staff, they protect the company. - No benefits (Other than salary sacrificed schemes) - No TOIL for weekday overtime. - Very low pay rises (if any) - Progression is entirely based on job availability, They constantly hire external staff into higher roles instead of promoting internal talent. - Since getting rid of "runners" and replacing them with a corporate hospitality team that only serves clients, not staff, the company has lost a big chunk of it's "inspiring" culture, very limited access for the next generation to walk through the door (other than "launchpad" work experience sessions which last 5 days and are mostly done in 1 room without any exposure to day-to-day artists) - Phone theft near the office is an almost monthly occurrence. - You definitely feel like a number, not a valued person.
