Pros
Nothing really much to like about Fraen here other than the hard-working labor colleagues and their personalities.
Cons
Taking into considerations of Lean methodologies: Fraen has a lack of proper documentation, especially when dealing with processes for jobs, usually stored on various proprietary or paper sheet mediums. Lack of effective communications during different shifts and departments usually set back production. Lack of process controls using including Taguchi loss function concepts for machine operation are OOS contributing to a non-stable process input at times -- SOPs are no where to be found on the floor, both contributing to an inefficient process design. And lastly, failures of management to address problems both professionally, process-wise, and lack of proper project management results in failed customer deadlines and mandatory overtime of tired employees.
