Pros

Upper management seems to want to change the office culture and provide more benefits to employees. They offer professional development fund to all employees, which is a perk.

Cons

Small company and difficult to move up quickly. Managers are maybe too busy to see how the individuals on their teams are actually doing.

Pros

Passionate, intelligent people and caring leadership define Fractured Atlas. Cutting edge HR who walks the walk and talks the talk. They truly care about the teams and work-life balance, as well as actively being anti-racist and anti-oppressive -- even if it costs them customers and partners. They were remote-first before Covid and know how to do virtual office culture (and care enough to regularly improve).

Cons

This is not a data, process, or revenue-driven culture, so it's difficult for the organization to grow -- which makes it difficult to see any possibility of upward mobility. It's a small organization which makes it even more challenging. The organization is focused on "the now" which stagnates its ability to grow and support more artists and creatives in the future.
