Fractl Response
8yAs a marketing agency that prides itself on its innovation and results, it's essential for us to build an incredibly talented and nimble team. Our processes are continually evolving with industry trends, findings from our marketing research, and learnings from our internal team. All of the procedures put in place at Fractl are done so with intentions to make the agency more efficient and effective. At Fractl, fellow team members set the benchmark for achievable performance metrics, versus arbitrary “stretch goals” managers expect you to reach. Many of our talented employees have shared their appreciation for a set of clear goals and accountability, that creates an environment in which they can thrive instead of worrying about what success looks like for them. In Fractl’s fifth year, we launched our first Instagram account, more so as a learning experience for a marketing intern than something that was a priority for our leadership team. However, monthly team building activities have been a pillar on which our culture was built since Fractl’s very first year. From egg drop challenges to wine down Friday, we find it valuable to turn off our computers at the end of a hard working week and get to know the inspiring people we work with every day. We’ve invested in a variety of tools including Zugata and anonymous team chats to openly welcome employee feedback. Listening to our team's experiences is crucial to our success, and since Fractl is the sum of its team members, we've provided multiple channels for our team to provide such feedback. We appreciate the time you took to write this review and will use to hone in on the areas we could continue to improve.
