PTO accrual is not very good, no certification reimbursement, the health benefit while generous HRA is confusing to use (Wex)

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding our PTO policy, employees start with 15 days of PTO that accrue on a monthly basis which we believe is within the standard range within the industry.
We have always had a certification reimbursement program but membership fees for existing certification were not covered. We are happy to state that we listened to the feedback of our employees, and have recently updated our Certification and Education Reimbursement Policy to include membership fees. In addition, the annual maximum up to $5K per calendar year can go towards relevant training/certifications or an accredited university.

Pros
Working at Foxhole is a breath of fresh air. I find the leadership team to be incredibly supportive and flexible - truly understanding what it means to have a work/life balance. The people are generally easy to work with and understand we're all headed toward the same goal. It's a great time to be a part of the company as we grow AND scale. We're also employee-owned (ESOP) which is am amazing benefit not many employers can tout!
Cons
Communication between departments could improve, but I believe this is something all remote workforces struggle with to some degree.
