Technical staff are supportive in getting the job done.
Cons
CMMI is at odds with agile. Managers aren't able to explain how to keep one and still do the other. Title and role responsibilities are made up and just as quickly countered. Management communication is through email and instant messenger. HR department is not effective for hierarchical issues (other employees have advised against using them). Evidence implies a fear culture where people "just do their job".
