Pros

They do pay better than minimum ... barely.

Cons

These guys hire a lot of temporary workers. I feel that they burn through workers on purpose. In my opinion, they have high turnover due to a toxic work environment. My experience is that they required a lot of overtime during busy periods, but when work was slow, they sent us home. Some people were expected to come in early on occasion, which was hard to do when some of the shifts began at 6am. Imagine trying to come in at 5am instead of 6am. I felt like getting hired as a permanent employee was excessively slow. In my opinion, they took from six months to 9 months before bringing on workers as permanent. Overall, the work itself does not need to be that hard. It is my opinion that the employer makes this job much harder than necessary, and it costs them in many ways. Like, now I hate them.

Pros

Good brand with cool products, can offer some cool experiences on the job if you're on big projects in the right department. The people there can be pretty fun, too. It's a laid back culture.

Cons

Management would often fight over project ownership or influence. It caused some pretty heavy bottlenecking and terrible direction. A lot of the work became unnecessarily frustrating for long periods of time.
