There really are no cons

Company events, perks such as food when working in office, PTO under certain conditions, hybrid schedule

Almost no guidance/leadership from management. Moving goal posts. Favoritism. Condescending management of management that barely acknowledge you. Have had C level management shout at colleagues within earshot of rest of team. A lot of people work overtime to take care of extreme demanding deadlines/backlog but management looks down on you for doing so
