Great company - Senior Android Engineer Fourthwall Employee Review

- Every person at the company is a joy to work with. It is a community working towards a common goal. If you want to talk to anyone at any level (even up to the founders), everyone is down to hop on a call - The onboarding process was incredible. I have never experienced a better onboarding. There was a team of people to run through the history of the company and as we discussed the different teams, members from those teams came to the calls to talk from a personal level and put a face to the names - The creators we work with are really cool and we get to work with a diverse selection of creators.

- Half of the company is in Poland so it can occasionally be difficult to sync (though its cool for things to be ready for us overnight) - There are a lot of syncs so sometimes my calendar can be a little full with internal communication for open pathways between teams

Fourthwall has created a product and platform that adds immense value for creators. From the creators I manage day to day, I can see and feel the impact and how much it means to them. Super fun and exciting to be part of. Everyone on the team has the same main goal in mind - creators, creators creators. Every decision we make starts with the question: "Does this benefit creators?" Communication, even working remote, is top notch. Transparency within the company ab out company health, things that go wrong and things that go right is better than any company I've worked for.

Lots of extra manual work is necessary to emulate our longterm vision of the platform for the short term, so be ready for the start-up life. The health and dental benefits (in the US office) are so-so.
