One of the best working experiences. 1) The company has a great and respectful community (local & global) and network 2) Multiple projects and initiatives keep me from being bored 3) People are friendly and have deep subject matter expertise (both functional and technical) for support. 4) The founder is not afraid of handling tough scenarios and making quick decisions.
