Multitasking work - Team Leader Four FM Employee Review

Multicultural environment with some supportive colleagues.

The role was unclear from the start. Tasks were excessive and often not described in the contract. There was no proper onboarding and limited guidance from management. HR structure and processes were weak, which made expectations and responsibilities unclear.

I like the coworkers, customers, managers.

I would like to develop more, but I think receptionist is a quite easy job so maybe that's why.
