You can learn a lot about the hospitality industry by working either for the 4EG corporate office or by working in one of the locations 4EG owns/operates. All employees receive discounts at 4EG locations.
Cons
The management teams within the company are visibly disgruntled for a number of reasons, which all boil down to being underpaid and under appreciated. There is a lack of leadership from owners, resulting in a low morale throughout the company. The company opens 1-2 locations every year, but have a difficult time giving older locations the time and attention they need to continue to be successful. When a new bar is opened, it is likely that the internal staff is the last to know. If an older bar starts bringing in less numbers than it did in the first year of opening, the blame is immediately put on management. There isn't much room for growth, which results in a high turnover rate.
