Pros
As being a startup, your learning phase is very fast & mainly you will learn to survive without salary for three months :)
Cons
* CloverMark doesn't have fund to pay the salary, if anyone looking out for job who don't want to get paid on time can join this company and fast learning is assured :). * This company doesn't have any working hours’ policies (Whatever they have mentioned in your offer letter are just copy and paste from the internet - best work from HR depart), Never think of work life balance in this company. * Unethical behaviors from CEO, COO, CSO is very much common and they will fire you anytime based on management moods, they will call for meeting at 8 PM (it happens almost every day) or they tell you to extend the time to send the reports. * Vendors never been paid on time or sometimes not paid at all. You will see many vendors waiting in the reception (Beware vendors). * HR department is funniest part, they act like just recruitment agency and clueless about their roles here. Their job is done once you have been hired :). * To be noted: They have never paid employees income tax, so your monthly tax deductions are going to management pockets :) * Most importantly, they haven't settled unpaid salary after resignation. It's been pending for ages. You can check out with ex-employees. * Very arrogant & unprofessional-ism manners from the top management, they treat the employees like slave. * Employee doesn't job security here, You will see many faces leaving and joining the organization very frequently.
