8yThank you for your honest review, I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. We try our hardest to make good leadership decisions, but recognise that sometimes we don’t get it quite right.
I am glad that our efforts to build an environment of openness and transparency are working. We want to continue to foster a culture where ideas and contributions from all our people are listened to and considered with the ultimate aim of making Foundry an even better place to work.
I note also that you raised some specific concerns about our onboarding programme. We have recently overhauled our approach to onboarding, with a corporate standard for all at Foundry and some nely created functional specific programmes. We’re reviewing these processes and gathering feedback from employees to continue to improve the new joiner experience.
I was especially saddened, though, to read your comments about the management style. You describe an approach and behaviours which are, and always will be, unacceptable at Foundry. We take your comments very seriously and if you felt it was appropriate I would be happy to talk to you confidentially to understand your experiences more. As you know I have recently joined Foundry and am confident that together myself and the wider Exec team can continue to build on the work we have already done to improve our company culture and work life experience.
