Pros

No one cares about what you are doing

Cons

The bosses( they have no ideea what they are doing, they don't like to be disturbed, if two employees argue they only care about one opinion. The salary is very low. If your country increases the minimum wage which is the salary they will decrease the bonus They don't care about the employees for ex there are people working there for like 2 years and they don't know how to work their tasks The lie about the schedule It's just a toxic place to work at. I mean once time the bosses where making jokes about another colleague during a meeting while he was out...they act like they are good people but most of them are stupid with a low IQ

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
