Unbalanced co-founder relationship - Anonymous employee Founders Employee Review

- You might be brought in as co-founder of an idé/startup, but control and decisions lay with the Founders management team ... doesn't feel like "co-founding" (e.g. they closed down the startup I worked on without prior warning or sparring in the early phases) - Culture is so-so - Considering it's a startup studio/incubator, little to no support was provided. (Maybe you are expected to be self-driven in all aspects of building a startup?)
