Pros
Most coworkers there are friendly and supportive. Depending on which department you work for, the work isn't too bad. Also, depending certain time of the year, the work flow could be relaxed. Not much to say other than that.
Cons
The CEO and their family don't care about you, they treat you as a disposable, you either work your butt off and get poor pay, or you get yelled at/fired if you can't meet their quotas. Depending on the position, you get crossed train for more work and you will never be compensated unless you're higher management. There is barely any appreciation for the workers except handout food that is first come first serve basis throughout the whole day and not even for split dayshift and nightshift workers. The whole place itself is so filthy and contaminated. The company doesn't even offer good cleaning supplies that most of us have to bring our own to wipe down. Benefits are bad overall. I don't recommend working at this place for longer than a year, and only stay longer if you can't find a better paying job soon. This place is too demanding for what you get paid for.
