They are incredibly relaxed about their work environment, so much so that they allowed people to have their pets in the office on occasion. The other benefit was that since they are a online company there was the possibility to work from home from time to time.

Fotolia has no direction. They are a company that is being edged out of the market in North America because they have no mission, goals or vision. There is no sort of long term goals, just the creation of projects and partnerships based on the current business climate.
