Pros
I was able to do what I love (photography) and meet people from all over the world. I worked inside Jack Daniel's Distillery and they were wonderful people with a family vibe.
Cons
Management does not listen to you. Managers will always take the side of managers, even when they're doing something wrong. I learned this when I made a complaint about my manager screaming at a customer then bothering me for giving the customer her name when he asked for it. The drama and gossip increased over a few weeks when I was genuinely trying to do great work. They stripped me of the supervisor duties I once had, claiming that all of the duties I had been handling alone for so long were not duties of a supervisor, but everyone. When you upset your manager, they'll cut your hours instead of talking it out. When they don't want to deal with you, they'll put you outside. Any and all problems I had with my manager I voiced and it was all completely ignored. There are years of complaints against this manager from both employees and guests; I am not alone. My complaints eventually led to me being fired with little to no reason given. So many of my coworkers had problems with our manager, and the one thing that broke me, I told them about and it led to my termination in the end. Do not trust this company! Find something better.
