Pros
I Just started recently as a Loan Rep. I have worked in a lot of places and this one is one of the best. Really a great company to work for! Really nice culture, very diverse. Good opportunities to move up the different levels if you perform well. Income potential really good if you do what you need to. I notice everyone really loves coming to work here and says it out loud. I really like the work ethics of this company and how they feel and treat the clients. I feel they truly want to do right by the business owners and not just make a buck. Beautiful office building with fantastic view. Paid parking for all employees. The managers are all very nice and personable & extremely easy to work with, they like and encourage us to share ideas and thoughts and have an open door policy. They make it fun to work here and are easy going. The training is very organized and they take it in steps , not throw you in expecting you to figure it out. Casual dress which is nice and we have our own Starbucks machine in the office! They keep Lots of goodies to eat around the office. This is a nice place to come to every day & you can dig your feet in and make long term!
Cons
Only one thing I can think of........only 1 Ping Pong table in our lunch area!;-)
