Great team of people to work with and for. Flexible hybrid work schedule Manager provides me autonomy allowing me to do my best work but advises wisely and supportively when I need guidance. Their holiday party has been a highlight every year.

Not really a con but we're a growing company, expanding our family of companies and with that comes change and some growing pains with reorganizations amongst us. Some may find the changes frustrating, difficult or disappointing but it's all about attitude and staying positive. The cons are rare but when they come up staying positive mitigates them.
