      Pros

      Collaboration on all levels, teamwork is top notch, solutions-focused, great customer service, one stop operator where we can connect our customers on all levels of service. The team in GB gets along very well and we work hard but also have fun. Who else can have this much fun at work and still feel like they are contributing!?!? I would recommend FSC 100 times over again to anyone looking to join a great company.

      Cons

      In any human service job we can get a little burnt out with day to day tasks, but leadership does a great job in picking up team members and incorporating small fun events to brighten it up.

      There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
