Pros

Some co-workers. There were a lot of brown-nosing, tattle-tale co-workers as well.

Cons

This culture was the worst I have ever experienced. If you have suggestions or complaints to upper management you're labeled as "negative" and you're then the one being spoken to about your attitude. Everyone that works there needs to have their head in the clouds to get through the day, no realist will be able to work there.

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
