We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and are happy to hear that work-life-balance and our culture are pros for you. That said, we also value your transparency as a current employee. It's true that we are subject to the volatility of the economy - however we aim to be transparent and up front with our employees about company performance so that everyone is empowered to make decisions that support our business. We rely on our mission and team to be our north star and prioritize both when making strategic decisions. We also acknowledge that with our growth has come challenges. At times, when an organization is faced with serious challenges, it can be necessary for the most experienced leaders to dig in and support the teams, with the goal of coming out stronger on the other side. This is typical for organizations and is not unique to Forward. Unfortunately, situations like this can unintentionally feel as though the leader is micro-managing rather than supporting the team in navigating the challenges. We recognize that and are working on how to do that in a way that feels complementary to the skills and expertise of the team leads.
