Pros
Really great company, good culture and great perks. Some departments are quite big so you can definitely receive the guidance needed to learn. Great place to grow and progress to bigger companies.
Cons
Some senior managers are not willing to teach you the ropes, yet expect you to know everything. Some are hot-tempered and can be cruel and sarcastic verbally, which honestly just doesn't help.
