Pros
Great family culture, great canteen, has large global footprint, nice London office when it functions correctly. The Sports Direct version of the audit market, pile em high and sell em cheap type of discounted service.
Cons
IT Resources weak, They are approximately a tenth of the size of the smallest big Four accountancy firms (in revenues) but they act like the are the market leaders but without the resources required to attain it.
