Very behind on technology There is no formal scheduling process , they are trying to work on it. The communication between offices could be better Mangers need to mange there work and not just be reviewers this is a big problem Long hours, due to being understaff Compensation is not good No bonuses for staff They have a hard time retaining staff and seniors, too much turnover Communication!! and having a uniform answer to questions
