      Pros

      Work from home, opportunity to travel

      In terms of business intelligence work, the company is immature. They are tied to Infor tools, which are sub-par. As of the beginning of 2019 they were moving away from developing/consulting in the "BI" space. In my opinion they should have never touted that they were in this space to begin with. What they were doing was developing financial reports for clients.

      Pros

      The team is extremely supportive and easy to work with. Everyone is approachable and willing to help when needed, which creates a comfortable working environment. The overall workplace culture is positive, with very respectable values, and it has been a great place to learn and gain experience. I especially appreciate Fortude's commitment to employee learning and development, with continuous opportunities to build new skills, gain knowledge, and grow professionally.
