      Pros

      great company overall, senior management are easy to talk to.

      Cons

      plans don't mean anything.. everything can change in one second and it seems that there isn't a common goal for the company as new things are being implemented on a daily basis without reasoning and borderline can seem shady.

      Ok starting pay, benefits, good management, and was treated very well

      Cons

      Not really a con, it can be hard work and a lot of it too! Never experienced anything bad here. The pay could be a little bit better though

      Pros

      Opportunity for growth and career advancement. Good benefits for long term employees. Team collaboration encouraged

      Cons

      Managers seldomly held accountable for their own bad performance as team leaders. Union employees seem reluctant to advance job skills beyond their original skillset that got them their job 20 years ago and stick to their job description. Not good team players to drive success.
