      Pros

      The only pros to this copany would be the people\ who stay and work there because they care about the residents/patients that live there! but those a few and far between!!

      Cons

      managment is a joke, and corporate is even worse they only care about apperance not what actually is happening with patienst and or employees.. Its all about how i can stretch my dollar and giving bonuses to building that can keep there beds full! and with these full facilities they are terribly understaffed because they cannot keep staff because they are not treated as a person and could care less how you feel or a resident feels!!

      Pros

      - Decent Pay - Benefits (Medical, PTO, Life, etc) - At the facility level it's a pretty decent place to work

      Cons

      - Trying to get anything done 'up top' will take exponentially longer than it should. - A lot of condescension from the higher management. e.x. I'm a maintenance guy, my facility has critical roof issues. Corporate tells me, indirectly, from an email to someone else, that those issues aren't critical. I'm the one who has 12+ years experience in this subject, don't talk to me like I know nothing. - Trying to get assistance of any sort from corporate, it will take quite some time.
