      - Small,experienced and efficient work force. - Good learning curve and working on cutting edge technology solutions. - appreciative of technological innovations and motivated to file patents and it reflects in their patent portfolio which is the best among competitors. - Flexible working hours and adequate work-life balance. - Genuine efforts gets recognised. - one of the best stock options and insurance policy among peer companies. - Thanks to management for the trust and confidence put on employees. - Healthy snacks and subsidized food.

      Pros

      Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

      Cons

      Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
