Cons
Large company means many hoops to jump through for certain approvals, specifically attempting to transition to remote. Inconsistency with remote work approval; some employees were granted fully remote without question shortly after onset of COVID, while others were denied, when it was not clear as to when the cutoff or policy change occurred. Management did a poor job of communicating in a timely fashion that remote work might be denied.
