Pros
it's an agency so you get to work on a variety of brands and clients, which can help you learn and grow. You also could get that experience at literally any other agency though.
Cons
the owner is a micromanager, and very difficult to work under - your hours and office days will be scrutinized, and pto docked without consent (probably illegal too.) Low pay for what you do and there is a secret bonus program that only some people in the same position will get, so transparency is a problem and pay equity too. You're lucky if you're a guy actually because you will move up further, and quicker than any other leading ladies that have been on the team. Bad benefits, insurance is expensive and limited coverage. PTO accrual is a joke, any agency now offers unlimited pto.
