      Can make changes and have consultation on change. Don’t religiously stick to procedures and polices that aren’t working.

      Cons

      Putting money into projects to do them properly from the start rather than bandaid fixing things then spending more money to then just do it properly anyway

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
