Working at Fortanix was one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. What starts as an exciting vision quickly unravels into a toxic environment driven by poor leadership, lack of transparency, and questionable ethics. Management does not value integrity or employee well-being. Concerns raised through the proper channels are ignored or, worse, met with retaliation. Leadership is unaccountable and more focused on appearances than actual results, creating a culture of fear and mistrust. There’s zero support for career growth, and internal collaboration is broken due to rampant favoritism and politics. High turnover is constant—and for good reason. If you value your professional reputation, mental health, and personal integrity, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
