      Pros

      Strong branding. Decent beers. Cool locations. Fellow hourly employees are awesome and hard working.

      Cons

      Political. Dramatic. Cash strapped (some paychecks were late). No real vision. Little to no understanding / involvement / empathy from senior leadership of their hourly employees. Every day is like a fire drill. The hardest working people (production crew, drivers, warehouse) are not valued.

      Worked with some wonderful people through some very difficult times (COVID).

      Pros

      - cool to see products in lots of places - free beer

      Cons

      - CEO is robotic and runs the place like a dictatorship - constant layoffs, they make rash decisions and cut workforce then find money somehow and hire up again - impossible to move up within company - owners don’t understand the industry and upset off their distributors - terribly mismanaged and financially disastrous - lack of diversity
