Interesting project typology, Able to reach high-end clients that willing to pay for the design. Good portfolio for your future career opportunities. Less politics. Friendly colleagues.

Structure and management are not good. High turnover rate + no proper handover procedures, it might be hard for people that takeover the project. Stress environment and long working hours. Some seniors are hard to deal with and hard to get guidance. Not suitable for long term
