      It´s difficult saying something good about it

      Cons

      They treat people as slaves, they shout at you, insult at you and embarrase you in front of the rest of the people, customers and suppliers. The lack of profesionalism of two of the heads is just something incredible and even when your work is brilliant they will despise you.
