Brilliant teammates, interesting concept, good pay before you get let go right after you finish a project or right before 1 year vesting
Cons
CEO has temper tantrums, micro manages, fires people on whim. Recently fired main SW developer during a tantrum and has no replacement and set back progress a year min. Fires people while they are on vacation. Will verbally assault employees and send terrible texts and slack messages to employees. Lies to investors, employees and main customer about the status of the technology and the company. Do not leave a job to work here. Promises made during recruiting will not be kept. Consider this a temp job no matter what was promised. You will be let go right before you reach one year.
