      Good salary Flexibility in work timing

      Indecisive management - today you donone thing tomorrow you are meant to to another Trust issues - hard to trust management lot of politics Fires employees without reason Sales team is weak..even though headquartered in Chicago, it doesn't employee whites or local Americans which is impacting their business. Their presence in market and events is very low Lot of large client have left them recently All fund admin SVPs are now given sales roles. They want everyone in organisation to be only sales and not to focus on client deliveries or relationship

      - Work from home - Some nice, hard working people on the team

      Cons

      - Salary well below industry average - Benefits not up to par - Horrible company culture and low morale - Poor training - Micromanagement - Underwhelming software - Dishonest and not transparent with customers or employees - Limited room for advancement If you are a US employee, I would avoid at all costs. You will make twice as much at basically any competitor with a better atmosphere and higher ceiling.
