Remote work, friendly colleagues, direct managers who try to be supportive. Interesting niche work.

Poor leadership at the top. Merger of several companies has been a mess. It doesn’t need to be, but disorganization, lack of big-picture thinking, and very poor communication come from the top down. It causes constant stress and confusion among employees.
