      Pros

      Small office means you get to work as part of a team

      Cons

      Both directors are cut throat, rude and generally mean people. Got told off on my first day for laughing. Tiny company who grab at any It roles they can get their hands on, at terrible rates.

      Both the Directors at Forman IT are very supportive of their employees and the environment is far from a Micro Management style. I have worked in previous sales environments and I know several other recruitment professionals and business owners and by all accounts Forman IT is no different. IT recruitment is a competitive environment and Forman IT is a generalist in the market place, we are currently growing and flexibility is being offered to our new consultants to enable them to open new doors and be competitive. The environment is not KPI heavy compared to most and it is a relaxed environment, definitely not restrictive in employees laughing and joking form time to time.

      Pros

      I found my time at Forman IT a really good experience and I learnt a lot from the directors and senior manager about consultative recruitment on the Contract and Permanent side. The office is excellent and brand new with good facilities. They have a full admin support team meaning you can focus on recruitment and your day is not tied up with admin. I particularly enjoyed the team spirit in the office and often went out on social events in London and Brighton as well as the Amex football stadium and go karting team building days. The directors doors are always open for help and support.

      Cons

      If you are not prepared to work hard then this may not be the company for you. Saying that you will not be expected to work silly hours and there is no silly KPI's or call time monitoring that you get in some other agencies.
