Remote work, semi-flexible scheduling, and generally friendly colleagues. Structured visit templates and a clear clinical model.

Significant unpaid administrative burden outside of scheduled hours. Messaging volume and task load are high and often not accounted for in workload expectations, making it difficult to stay within a standard 40-hour workweek. Support and operational infrastructure have not scaled appropriately with growth, yet workload continues to increase.
