-Work place projects and tasks are very engagine -Dynamic work place projects -PPE is prioritized in majority of tasks and the saftey indvidual is very compentent -Majority of indirect/semi-direct co-workers, are very passionate and caring of their specialty -Good Benifits -Rough wage is $25.00 - 25.30 Maxing out -Uppermanagment is very supportive but your direct supervisor is not

-Direct Co-worker's Bully and Harrass new and long term employees. Take Caution! Especially when reporting. A new employee joined the team and left after three days due to excessive bullying and harrasment. -Power dynamic is unequal due, to multi-family member position leading to absolute protection of co-worker's employment and relations -Little room for growth within the company despite yearly goals and reviews. Superiors do not support growth, but simply lead you down a road of stagnation. -Specific extra-curicular education to a specialized task is second place, and is often denied by supervisors despite the relivance. -Waring is to just be careful when applying to this position.
