Ruthless working environment. Lots of politics in the office. Worst decision making authority as it takes ages to get something done here. Lots of confusion. From top management to the lower strata. Confusion, confusion, confusion everywhere ALWAYS! Managers are very rude, they shout like you are in school even if its their fault. You will always be misunderstood even after a clear and effective communication. Top management doesn't seem to help/ bother if your managers are difficult! Products don't really have the ingredients written on label. Use at your own risk. I heard this from one of the prominent employees promoting products here and was shocked! No professionalism, no work ethics at all! Forget work life balance.
