The management team truly cares about all their employees and wants to see the succeed in their career and in life. We have regular check ins with our team and management to make sure that everything is going well. Lots of events/activities to have time to spend with your coworkers. I truly can't think of a better place to work!

Lots of remote work, usually only in the office 1 day a week but there are some employees who go in more often which is always an option. There are also times when you have to work more hours to meet deadlines, but then there are times where your weeks are lighter, so there's a balance.
